The Story

The team developed a comprehensive personal branding strategy for Dr. Kamat. This involved professionalizing his social profiles with consistent branding, creating a personal website to showcase his achievements, and designing a content calendar focusing on leadership insights, hospitality tips, and behind-the-scenes posts. On social media, they ran both organic campaigns and targeted paid promotions to boost his visibility – for example, promoting key posts to reach hospitality industry audiences. A unique content format dubbed “content strips” was introduced, delivering his messages in a visually engaging, serial manner (e.g. multi-part storytelling posts) to keep audiences hooked. Additionally, traditional PR efforts (press releases, interviews) were synchronized with the digital campaign to amplify his profile.
