The Story

Abhishek’s agency (Spiral Up Digital) provided end-to-end digital strategy and execution. This included developing the brand’s online presence (website development and SEO/search optimization) and a robust social media strategy on Facebook and Instagram. The team ran targeted social media ad campaigns to reach dog owners, creating engaging content around pet parenting to build an online community.

They also managed creative aspects like
packaging design to ensure a consistent brand experience from social content to product delivery. Performance marketing efforts on Meta and Google were aligned with sales goals, focusing on return on ad spend (ROAS) and community growth simultaneously.

Result

Achieved approximately ₹1,200,000 in monthly e-commerce sales with a 3.5× ROAS, demonstrating highly efficient ad spend translating into revenue.
